Volunteering In Malaysia (2)_Page_1

A New Year has started. It will not be an easy year for many of us as we have to tighten our belts and be thrifty whenever and wherever possible. But there many others who are worst off than us – many are struggling to survive and many need help. Even if we can’t afford to donate money, we can donate just little of our time.

Do Something Good is Malaysia’s Volunteering Network. Here you can fine something to suit your time and abilities all over the country for both short and long term commitments. Join them by sharing the vision of building a stronger volunteering community in Malaysia. Collective action of people can help make society a better place.

Volunteering is achieving great things — and it’s all thanks to people like you. Today, the Do Something Good platform helps over 40,000 volunteers access volunteering opportunities through its site as well as through partners. You can make  a lot of friends and get a lot of great experiences with other volunteers.

Above all, you will feel really good about helping others less fortunate than yourself !

And that’s a great way to start a New Year!

TSNRA Blog : 2013 in review

Filed under: from the editor — mollyosc @ 1:59 pm

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 28,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 10 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
